1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Ingestigate's software, website, and related services ("The Service"). The Service is offered to users located in the United States only. If you are located outside the U.S., you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

Ingestigate is an advanced platform for data ingestion, search, and analysis. Available as SaaS or self-hosted.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity on your account
• Ensuring you have rights to any data you upload

4. What You Can't Do

Don't:

• Try to hack or break Ingestigate
• Use it for illegal purposes
• Reverse-engineer or copy the platform
• Harass or harm others using the platform
• Scrape or automate access (except through documented APIs)
• Use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions regulations

Violations may result in account termination.

5. Your Data

• All investigation data you create belongs to you
• You retain all rights to it
• Ingestigate doesn't claim ownership

6. Our Service

We try to keep Ingestigate running reliably. But:

• We don't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may take the service down for maintenance

7. Changes to Service

We may change, add, or remove features. Your continued use means you accept changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Ingestigate is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us

9. Termination and Refunds

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ingestigate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
